Claire Palethorpe

Trainer

Having started her career as the HR Manager for Boots and with over 22 years in learning and development, Claire is an experiential practitioner who believes that learning should be both fun and challenging.

She has extensive experience in developing and delivering training initiatives for both public and private sector organisations, including Virgin Media, Yorkshire Building Society and Staffordshire County Council.

Claire is an MBTI Practitioner and a chartered member of the CIPD. She also regularly assess and delivers CMI accredited programmes and has been a Civil Service learning partner across England and Wales for over 10 years.

As an experienced facilitator, she specialises in designing and delivering training courses that focus on supporting our clients with their leadership and change management programmes. Claire’s other passion is designing and running recruitment and assessment events and training line managers at all levels in HR policies and procedures.

Claire loves a good murder mystery and is addicted to Scandi crime novels (and all things Scandinavian to that end). In her down time, she enjoys cruising exotic destinations to go wildlife spotting – with one of her most recent highlights going puffin and whale spotting in Iceland!
