Here’s Your
Complimentary Session On
Emotional Intelligence
Course Overview
The Management Fundamentals Course consists of 13 online management training sessions that you can take from the comfort of your own desktop, mobile or tablet. We have also added 3 bonus sessions around virtual and remote working and how to lead during COVID. These 3 sessions do not form part of the assessment but are there for additional learning and as a resource to help you if applicable.
The course is accredited by the ILM – Institute of Leadership & Management and CPD – Continued Professional Development.
The main purpose of the course is to provide the managers who take it with a firm foundation in management skills best practices.
Each session lasts approximately 20 to 25 minutes and you have up to 13 weeks to complete all of the sessions and to request the end of programme assessment which consists of 30 multiple choice questions.
Of course, you don’t have to take 13 weeks to complete the programme. If you want to work at a quicker pace then you can.
The sessions are practical and interactive. We don’t believe in long, lecture like online training. Instead, this programme will get you engaged from the outset.
