Management Webinars

A webinar is an online management training workshop delivered live. The purpose of which is to replicate online as closely as possible it’s face to face counterpart.

Sometimes it’s referred to as virtual training as well.

Webinars should not be just boring presentations delivered online. They need to be interactive, engaging and fun.

Our webinars provide the opportunity for questions to be asked and answered, discussion rooms set up, polls, quizzes, workrooms, and a whole host of interactive elements to it.

Normally, participants are given the chance to submit some pre-webinar objectives including any questions they may have on their mind about the topic or any specific scenarios where they need help.

The output is then fed back into the webinar.

Participants are given a link to join the webinar on any device that they choose.

A webinar is completely different to our ILM Online Courses which are not delivered live and are based around elearning that has already been created.

All you need is an internet connection. You will be able to access the webinar on a desktop, tablet and mobile.

We will also check that everything works before the webinar to ensure there are no firewall issues with your I.T department.

In terms of the webinar platform, we have licenses with ZOOM, Microsoft Teams Webinars, Skype and GoToWebinar.

We try to keep them as close to a face-to-face Management Training Course as we can. There’s plenty of opportunity and functionality to keep attention levels high.
