Karen Pearce

Operations Manager

Karen heads up our Operations Team, and brings a vast knowledge of Programme Management and customer service from her 15-year career within the travel industry.

In her spare time, she loves to travel, go to the theatre, and takes part in fundraisers for charity and those in need.

A charity close to Karen’s heart is Parkinson’s UK and one day she plans to face her fear of heights by jumping out of a plane doing a Sky Dive raising money for Parkinson’s UK.

She adores everything and anything Christmas and this includes bringing the Christmas magic to the office come December.
