The assessment is designed to help your leaders understand their strengths and weaknesses, their preferred working styles, and help them see their potential.

Out of the 16 personality types there’s no “right” or “wrong” type.

Each personality type is designed to help your leaders understand their own qualities and how these are perceived by others in a working environment and outside.

The four different sections that make up the assessment are:
