FAQs about Courses in Management
Are your managerial courses accredited?
Yes, they are. Our courses are accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) via their ILM Assured programme. They are also CPD certified. This means that you have the option of receiving 2 certificates after you complete the course assessment back in the workplace.
If you’re looking for something longer than a 1 or 2 day programme then check out our Management Development Programme or our Leadership Training.
Do I have to take the accreditation as part of the course?
No you don’t need to. This is an option. If you choose not to take the ILM & CPD accreditation you will receive an MTD certificate of attendance. If you are on the course and have elected not to take the accreditation you can change your mind. All you need to do is let us know after you return to work and they will send you instructions.
What’s it like to attend one of your manager courses?
Firstly, you’ll be attending with new managers and others at the same level as you, so the course is delivered at the right pace and is pitched at the right competence level too. Our management courses are very practical and get you involved. It’s not chalk and talk. Instead, we use a variety of delivery methods to bring the learning to life so you can picture yourself using the techniques back at work.

How many venues do you run your management courses in London?
We try to have you covered within London. We run our Essential Management Skills course and our Advanced Management Skills course both in Central London and at Heathrow as well.
Do you provide lunch and refreshments?
Yes we do. Drinks and snacks are served throughout the day and you will also be provided with a sit down lunch.
How many managers normally attend a course?
The sweet spot is between 10 and 15. We try to keep the numbers manageable because our training is practical. We don’t want you to be lectured at and hence you will never find that there are too many delegates on the management course. We want to encourage discussion and participation and you simply cannot achieve that with high course numbers.
Do you offer any post-course support for your courses in management?
Yes, we do. We don’t just simply take your money and run! Instead, all managers will receive access to our our online learning platform, Skillshub. Skillshub has over 800 online courses and 2,000 resources in total that include videos, cheat sheets, checklists and audios. In addition to that all managers receive 6 months email and telephone support from their management course leader.
They can call or email for any help they may need. We also have several Leadership Tests that learners can take like Disc Assessments, 360 Degree Feedback and MBTI.
